By accessing and using Family Glass services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services Description
Family Glass provides custom glass memorial art creation services for beloved pets. Our services include:
- Custom glass memorial orbs
- Paw print pendants
- Custom shape memorials
- Consultation and design services
Ordering and Payment
Order Process
- All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly
- Orders are subject to acceptance by Family Glass
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
Payment Terms
- Payment is required before production begins
- We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods
- All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
Memorial Creation Process
Materials and Requirements
- Customer must provide necessary materials (ashes, paw prints, etc.) as requested
- Materials must be provided in accordance with our guidelines
- Family Glass is not responsible for materials lost in transit
Production Timeline
- Standard production time is 2-4 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom orders may require additional time
- Production times are estimates and not guarantees
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to your order can be made until production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Cancellations must be requested before production begins for a full refund.
Quality and Satisfaction
We strive to create high-quality memorial pieces. If you are not satisfied with your memorial:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- We will work with you to address any quality concerns
- Replacement or refund may be provided at our discretion
Shipping and Delivery
- We ship nationwide within the United States
- Shipping costs are additional unless specified otherwise
- Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage
- Insurance is included on all shipments
Limitation of Liability
Family Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creations remain the intellectual property of Family Glass unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
